For classification models, GeneXproTools allows you to choose different kinds
of rounding thresholds, including fixed and adaptive thresholds.
The adaptive Trimean Threshold is evaluated for each model
during evolution and
consists of the trimean of the raw model output. The trimean is evaluated by
taking the average
of the midhinge (the average of the 1st and 3rd quartiles) and the median.
