For classification models, GeneXproTools allows you to choose different kinds
of rounding thresholds, including fixed and adaptive thresholds.
The adaptive Large Margin Threshold is evaluated for each model during evolution and
returns the midpoint of the largest distance evaluated for the ordered raw model output.
