For classification models, GeneXproTools allows you to choose different kinds
of rounding thresholds, including fixed and adaptive thresholds.
The adaptive Midrange Threshold is evaluated for each model
during evolution and
consists of the midrange of the raw model output. The midrange is evaluated by
taking the average
of the min and max values of the raw model output.
