Class Proportions Threshold
For classification models, GeneXproTools allows you to choose different kinds
of rounding thresholds, including fixed and adaptive thresholds.
The adaptive Class Proportions Threshold is evaluated for each model during evolution and
returns the average of the n-order and the (n+1)-order value of the raw model output, where n is the number of negative cases in the
training data.
