The classification accuracy Ai of an individual program
i depends on the number of samples correctly classified
(true positives plus true
negatives) and is evaluated by the formula:

where t is the number of sample cases correctly classified, and
n is the total number of sample cases.
During a run, GeneXproTools updates continuously the classification
accuracy of the
evolving models and plots it in a chart in the Run
Panel.

And to evaluate the classification accuracy of your model on the testing
data, after a run you just have to go to the Results
Panel.
