The Run Menu gives access to the following sub-menus:

Run
Goes to the Run Panel of the active run.

Evolve
Starts a new run.

Optimize
Starts an optimization process.

Simplify
Starts a simplification process.

Variables Usage
Allows the selection of three different kinds of mapping variables usage during a run: Heat Map, Random Colors, or Monochromatic, and two different showing options: White for None and Grey for None.

Charts
Allows the selection of five different kinds of charts during a run: Curve Fitting, Avg/Best Size, Sub-Program Sizes, All Sizes, and All Fitnesses.
