Whenever the GEP-RNC algorithm of APS 3.0 is active, an additional set of genetic operators, especially developed for handling random numerical constants, are available for fine-tuning the evolution of constants:

Dc mutation.
Dc inversion.
Dc IS transposition.
RNC mutation.
