Welcome, I would like to know how can i construct ROC curve for classificator. I would like to do on my own with paper and pencil. What is a cutpoint in this case ?

In the Logistic Regression Window, GeneXproTools performs and shows a complete ROC Analysis, including the analysis of the ROC cutoff point.
