The Maximum Likelihood fitness function
is based on the maximum likelihood. It can be combined
with a cost matrix in order to impose specific constraints on the
solutions.
For the Maximum Likelihood fitness function the
rounding threshold must be zero and
therefore is set to zero automatically by GeneXproTools.
