The Logistic RMSE fitness function
is based on the
Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE),
where the RMSE is evaluated using the probability of the model output instead of the
usual raw output. It can be combined
with a cost matrix in order to impose specific constraints on the
solutions.
For the Logistic RMSE fitness function the
rounding threshold must be zero and
therefore is set to zero automatically by GeneXproTools.
