The Relative Hits with RRSE fitness function
is based on the
relative error and the
Root Relative Squared Error (RRSE).
The RRSE component is implemented so that you can choose different
simple models besides the usual target average.
The Relative Hits with RRSE fitness function is combined with different rewards and punishments, both of which are adjustable parameters.
