Margin with Penalty Fitness Function
The Margin with Penalty fitness function
is a multi-objective function that optimizes the classifier margin,
using a system of penalties to favor classifiers with larger margins.
In addition, the evolvable
logistic threshold, which is intrinsic to the
logistic regression model, can be adjusted by changing the number of bins.
