Hits with Punishment Fitness Function
The Hits with Punishment fitness function is based on the
number of hits,
with adjustable parameters for the reward and punishment.
In addition, the evolvable
logistic threshold, which is intrinsic to the
logistic regression model, can be adjusted by changing the number of bins.
